Farm Flavors Appetizer: Handmade Cheese and Doritos Tonight, our theme is farm flavors. As much as we could, we sourced this meal from farms near us. I drove out to La Grange to get the milk for the ice cream and butter, we got the chickens from a family farm in Wharton that raises poultry and goats, and the vegetables mostly came from Gundermann Farms, a Wharton county family farm that sells at several farmers markets in the Houston area.
